Fusion Weld Fittings Features And Benefits

  • Plasson fittings will weld to PE80, PE100 and PEX-A pipes
  • Fittings available to weld to thin walled pipes up to SDR41

  • Suitable for use with Plasson SmartFuse, Fusamatic and non-Fusamactic controllers
  • Barcode and Plasson SmartFuse automation reduces potential for errors in set up
  • Profiled fitting body to spread stresses and extend long service life
  • Range includes unique products to simplify the task
  • Single weld time for ambient temperature range from -10 to +45°C, no time adjustment required
  • PE coated welding wire ensures consistency of material in the joint to strengthen the weld
  • Welding wire is precision laid in the fitting to provide even heat distribution
  • Larger fittings have protected pins to minimise the possibility of damage during handling
  • Saddle fittings have an under part – no top loading tool is required to fit them
  • Tees and elbows to 250mm are available, reducing time and installation costs
