Re: Suppliers Price Increase
We write to inform you of the current 2021 price increase information we have received from our suppliers.
Our Suppliers have communicated that the main cause for the increase, is the continued rise in costs of raw materials, Covid-19 related operational impacts, along with needed infrastructure investments. Due to the increases received, we will unfortunately need to increase our prices in 2021 accordingly.
Please be aware that where applicable, any outstanding Ex-Works orders will also increase by the margins below. The rates have mostly been effective from 1st January 2021.
Please find below an example of the main published increases received to date.
Due to the ongoing situation around Brexit, some suppliers are warning of possible further increases dependant on the outcome of these negotiations. We will of course forward any relevant market information, as we are notified. You will be contacted in due course if you have any price agreements in place, however, should you currently have agreed Rouden Pipetek or Rouden Civils customer ex-yard terms, these will remain valid until 31st January 2021.
